 Varying Editions of the 2020 Criminal Code

Beware! Not all versions of the 2020 Criminal Code are identical! Some 2020 editions were printed in early/mid-2019, resulting in their exclusion of significant changes that were adopted in late June 2019. These changes are extensive, so if you plan to purchase a new or used copy of the 2020 criminal code, it is essential to ensure that it includes the 2019 amendments. Before making your purchase, carefully peruse the code to verify that it indeed contains the 2019 amendments.
