Paradise was a pleasant experience, but it is coming to an end as per the recent announcement by the NCA. They have confirmed that starting from January 2022, the exam duration will be reduced back to 3.5 hours, and then in July 2022, it will further be reduced to 3 hours.
Initially, the NCA introduced a 1-hour extension for exams to assist candidates facing technical issues with the online exam software or those who felt more comfortable with handwriting than typing. However, this extended time was always intended to be temporary, and now it's official that we will return to the standard 3-hour exam format.
The NCA is providing ample notice for this change, giving students the opportunity to prepare themselves accordingly for the upcoming 3-hour exams. On another note, the NCA has also released an updated syllabus for Evidence.
If you're interested in registering for criminal law classes, they will be commencing this weekend. For registration, you can reach out to our office at info@nca-tutor.com. We hope to see you there!
